What will inevitably be known as ‘the cave record,’ (as it was recorded in one), Acheron is the second King Buffalo LP of 2021. It follows The Burden of Restlessness and finds the Rochester, New York, trio expanding their sound once again, rounding off the sharper edges of their previous work and returning to longer-form songs.
