Shipping policy

All sales are final. Although we pack and ship every order with the greatest care, Electric Spark is not responsible for any damages or lost items once the items leave our warehouse. There will not be a refund or reshipping of items. We ship every vinyl order with track & trace, cd's are shipped without tracking.

Orders usually leave our headquarters within 2-3 business days. How long it takes to deliver the order to you is up to the postal service. Within Europe, your package will usually be delivered within a week. Outside of Europe, it can take up to 3 weeks, or sometimes even longer. So please have some patience, take a chill pill or pour yourself some drinks while waiting.

We ship  Electric Spark vinyl releases outside of the jackets, to prevent seam splits.  We don't open records that we sell from other labels/artists that are sealed, so those records will not be shipped outside of the jackets.

We ship internationally. At the checkout, you will see the total shipping costs for your order. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. We ship from Europe Unfortunately, shipping to countries outside of Europe is becoming more and more expensive. We are trying to lower these costs by finding local shops and distributors in other parts of the world for our releases. We will keep you updated if we have found a cheaper solution to buy our releases outside of Europe. 

 

Covid 19 and shipment delays:

Due to the pandemic shipments to lots of countries are delayed on a daily basis. Sometimes it can take days or even weeks longer than expected. It sucks, we know. Check the track & trace for updates on your package.

In some cases, we (temporarily) can't ship to your country. We try our very best to update our shipping options and exclude countries where we cannot ship our records to. If for some reason you were able to place an order and it turns out that it isn't possible to ship your order, we will contact you and give you a full refund.

UK Customers:

Unfortunately, we don't ship to the United Kingdom at the moment. We do not hate you, but the paperwork involved to ship to the UK is just too much hassle for a really small business like ours. Hopefully, the UK and Europe come to a better solution in the near future.
